I discovered Life Choices food products a couple of years ago after becoming frustrated with the lack of healthy, kid-friendly options when it came to convenience food. Life Choices’ goal is to provide families with healthy and natural foods that taste amazing (and, in my opinion, they have succeeded!). Their mission is “Making the Right Choices Easy”!
Although Life Choices creates a variety of different products, I can only find three different types at my local grocery stores: Whole Fish Fillets, Chicken Strips, and Chicken Nuggets. The Fish Fillets are comprised of whole fillets of Wild Caught Alaskan White Fish Pollock (from Certified Sustainable Fisheries). The chicken in the Chicken Strips and Chicken Nuggets is vegetable grain-fed and is raised without animal by-products or antibiotics. Both the breaded fish and breaded chicken products are coated with Life Choices custom-made multigrain coating (contains flax, whole grains and oats, plus is a source of Omega-3 fibre).
Cons:
As mentioned above, the selection of Life Choices products is limited at the stores in my area. I would love to try even more of their kid-friendly foods such as Life Choices OrganiCuisine Pizzas or All Beef Hot Dogs. Here’s hoping that Life Choices products continue to grow in popularity and availability!
Will I purchase Life Choices products again?
Absolutely! Life Choices Chicken Nuggets/Strips and Fish Fillets continue to be my top picks for frozen fish and chicken. If even more Life Choices foods become available in my area, you can bet that I’ll be trying them out. Visit the Life Choices store locator to find grocers near you that sell these products. It is the same here in NL,only those 3 varieties here as well..:( But I do love the fish fillets and chicken strips! Havent tried the nuggets yet tho..
