I would give it to my father. This may sound strange, but he has an ostemy and this would be wonderful and useful to his nursing help in disposing of his used supplies.

My brother & sister-in-law had a baby girl in August 2012. They use cloth diapers at home. They use disposables when visiting. This will be a great addition to the grandparents items.
